Rick Paulke
REALTOR
RPaulke@CornerStoneCoastal.com
Rick understands that each real estate transaction is very important to the buyer and the seller; it isn’t just another sale. A lot of money is at stake and often emotions, and dreams are too. Rick is committed to the details and making sure that you reach the closing table successfully. He is known for being proactive and lives by two mottos that demonstrate this: 1. why wait until tomorrow to do what can be done today and 2. if you are on time, you are late, and if you are early, you are on time. Rick will work hard to keep your sale on track and to communicate with you throughout the process. Rick has a strong ethical compass and a desire to serve his clients well.
Prior to real estate, Rick worked as a service manager and more recently in the home watch industry. His customers quickly learned that he could be trusted to complete a job the right way and to not take shortcuts. He is also mechanically inclined and understands many facets of home-repair and items on home inspections. Rick’s wife, Jennifer is also a Realtor. This is a distinct advantage because it elevates the level of service they can provide to their clients.
Originally from the Midwest, Rick enjoys his ’64 Corvair, woodworking, golf, the Detroit Tigers, traveling to the mountains, and all things Christmas. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends, his Golden Retriever Tater, and his sassy cat Daisy. Rick loves God and actively serves in his church.
If you are looking for an honest, hardworking Realtor to represent you, Rick is ready to interview for the job.
